Sovereign Polymath Protocol
A structured operational system designed on the premise that mastery is not a singular track, but the deliberate intersection of seemingly disparate disciplines.
“The protocol dictates that we do not isolate backend software from quantitative finance, calculus limits, or visual grading. When you train in these tracks concurrently, they compound. The mathematical model defines the value; the engineering pipeline structures the data; the visual composition balances the layout. They are facets of a single, unified execution.”
1. Quantitative Mathematics
Motivation:Mathematics is the foundation of value. To build high-confidence automated valuation models (AVMs), one must master rates of change (Calculus), spatial density (geometry), and probability distributions. Isolating code from math limits engineering to mere syntax; bridging them creates analytical power.
Current State:Completed precalculus modules. Currently running daily Calculus 1 sprints (derivatives, limits, and rates of change) to lay the math framework for mapping asset value curves.
Goal Target:Integrate advanced spatial mathematics, PageRank-style neighborhood network nodes, and derivative asset models directly into PropTech analytics engines.
2. Software Engineering
Motivation:Building high-throughput, low-friction backend architectures and custom CLI tools to scrape, structure, and analyze fragmented real estate listings across West Africa.
Current State:Deployed and active weekly runs of the `PS-0 PropertyScraper` (Python, Supabase PostgreSQL). Currently building `property-intel` (Spring Boot 3, PostGIS, Redis) to act as the core REST API layer.
Goal Target:Self-host a robust development network (Caddy, Cloudflare Tunnels, WireGuard VPS relays) on a dedicated homelab server to support automated valuation endpoints.
3. Quantitative Finance & Real Estate
Motivation:Analyzing market inefficiencies, data gaps, and other potential opportunities. Bridging software engineering with a real world field opens up unique opportunities
Current State:Wrapping up my Estate Management degree at Obafemi Awolowo University (graduating Q4 2026). Developing a portfolio optimization engine using SciPy (SLSQP solver) as part of my graduation thesis.
Goal Target:Establish a quantitative estate valuation and property investment practice using modern computing and mathematical portfolio modeling frameworks.
4. Language & Global Mobility
Motivation:Achieving functional bilingualism to expand research collaborations and facilitate professional opportunities in francophone West Africa, Europe, and North America.
Current State:Sustaining a daily French streak (currently at 569 days with 140k XP on Duolingo) and listening to French language audio logs to build comprehension metrics.
Goal Target:Take the TEF Canada exam by mid-2027 to achieve professional bilingual certification.
5. Physical Calisthenics
Motivation:A disciplined mind requires a resilient physical vessel. The target is functional strength, upper body strenth, and general mobility, modeled after balanced physical aesthetics (Eren -> Gojo/Toji splits).
Current State:Following the zero-equipment Sovereign God Program (push/legs/pull splits, 5 days on, 1 active recovery, 1 rest). Tracking macronutrients to maintain a high-protein intake.
Goal Target:Maintain consistent calisthenics progression and physical symmetry without dependency on external gym equipment.
6. Visual Art & Tone
Motivation:Training the eye for spatial balance, composition, color contrast, and highlight roll-off. Maintaining a creative outlet improves mental health and fosters more creativity
Current State:Learning Photoshop; Understanding how to capture proper aesthetic images; Testing custom color-grading and digital exposure density
Goal Target:Host a quiet, high-density digital photography catalog showcasing spatial color grades.
