Isaac Akinmokun
I am a backend engineer and quantitative PropTech builder. Currently wrapping up my Estate Management degree at Obafemi Awolowo University (graduating Q4 2026), I design and deploy data collection infrastructure to solve fragmentation problems in West African property markets.
My work operates under the Sovereign Polymath Protocol—a personal system built on the premise that mastery is not a singular track, but the deliberate bridging of seemingly disparate disciplines bound together by interest and genuine curiosity. Since knowledge should not exist in silos, I do not isolate software systems from quantitative real estate valuation, mathematical calculus, algorithmic rigor, and creative design. Instead, I design them to feed into one another. The protocol dictates that calisthenics splits, financial markets exploration, database performance, and photography composition are all facets of a single, unified execution.
My technical standards focus on low-friction backend architectures, self-hosting my development networks, and maintaining strict production discipline: database migrations, PostGIS queries, unit tests, and caching. I build tools designed to be time-compounding assets that model and solve real-world real estate problems.
