This is my /now page. It documents my current focus, active commitments, and daily sprints.
• Graduation & Dissertation
Finishing my final semester in Estate Management at Obafemi Awolowo University (graduating Q4 2026). Active sprint is refining the dissertation codebase (Portfolio Optimization Suite), analyzing and drawing insight from collected data, and writing the thesis. Examinations are over, and the dissertation is the main focus and final academic hurdle. Work on property-intel is also center-stage now with launch predicted for September 2026.

• French Acquisition
Maintaining my daily French streak (currently at 657 days with 193k XP) on Duolingo and listening to daily French podcasts.
• Physical Training
